Questions

Good to know.

How is the fit score calculated?

It weighs how well the contract matches your services, whether it's in your area, whether you hold any certification it requires, and how much time is left to bid.

Can you guarantee I'll qualify or win?

No one honestly can. Agencies decide eligibility and awards. We help you meet every requirement you're eligible for and submit the strongest bid you can.

Is the AI proposal ready to submit?

No. It's a starting outline from the notice summary. Read the full solicitation and let our team review before you submit.

Do I need to be registered on SAM.gov?

For federal work, yes. For Pennsylvania state work you register on PA eMarketplace. We walk you through both.

How is the 10% calculated?

It's 10% of each payment the agency actually makes to you during the first 12 months after award. We invoice after the money reaches you, and you have 30 days to pay. Option years and renewals aren't included. If a contract is cut or cancelled, you only pay on what you were actually paid. The full terms are in a written service agreement you sign before we start.

What if I don't win?

You pay nothing. We keep looking for the next contract that fits.

Win the work. Pay when you do.
